We offer to undertake following activities for and on behalf of all tradefair exhibitors:
- Investigate hotels (location, style, competence, standard etc.)
Durchführung von Hotelrecherchen - Establish availability of all determined hotels
Prüfung der Verfügbarkeiten aller in Frage kommenden Hotels - Prepare presentation of hotels for quotation purposes
Erstellen von Hotelpräsentationen zu den jeweiligen Angeboten - Negotiate best possible rates and conditions
Aushandeln von Hotelverträgen zu bestmöglichen Raten - Inspect hotels to asess compatability to customer's requirements
Durchführung von Hotelinspektionen zur Sicherstellung, daß das Hotel dem Anspruch des Kunden entspricht. - Acquire and purchase of roomallotments in co-operation with client
Einkauf von Hotelkontingenten nach Absprache mit dem Kunden - Permanent supervision and adaptation of roomallotments
Ständige Kontrolle und Anpassung der Hotelkontingente - Supervision of deposit payments and free cancellation data alerts
Überwachung der Deposit- sowie Stornofristen - Establishing nameslists and incoporating changes and cancellations in same per hotel and or project
Kontinuierliche Übermittlung und Aktualisierung der Buchungs-/ Änderungslisten an die entsprechenden Hotels - Organisational work prior and during the event s.a. issuing badges, distribution of promotional material, set-up and booking of meeting rooms, banquets, transfers, meet and greet, cocktail parties etc.
Organisatorische Tätigkeiten vor und während der Veranstaltung, z.B. Verteilung der Badges im Hotel, Buchung von Veranstaltungsräumen, etc. - Recording and implementing of special wishes and requirements
Berücksichtigung und Bearbeitung von Sonderwünschen
